Online. Online purchases can be made by USA/Canada residents only. Out of Gray will ship internationally, but you have to ask.
Mail. You may place an email order for an item if you need special sizes or colors. Include your name, bill to/ship to address, item descriptions and quantities and a contact phone number to contact@outofgray.com. We will then call you to obtain your credit card information. Please do not include this information in an email.
Dial. Customer service phone hours are 11-7 pm Mon-Sat PST. If we do not answer the phone, we are either on another line, or with a client. Please leave your full name, phone number, and information about the item you're interested in and we will return your call.
PAYMENT
All price currencies listed on our website are in US dollars.
Payment of the product prices and relevant shipping costs must be made by using one of the following options:
We accept all major credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX.
We also accept Money Order, Cashier's Check and Personal Check. Please note that all payments must be made in US Dollars.
SECURITY
Out of Gray website is secured using a Thawte Digital Certificate and McAfee Hacker Safe. This ensures that all information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted using the latest SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128-bit standards.
MONEY ORDERS/CHECKS
When paying by money order/check, we are able to ship all in-stock items as soon as payment arrives. For special order items, we will not be able to begin processing your order until your payment is received.
Please make your money order payable to "Out of Gray" and email us for authorization and mailing address.
SHIPPING
Upon placement of order, please check your confirmation email immediately to ensure "ship to" address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact OUT of GRAY immediately. Once a package has been shipped, there will be a $15 redirect charge should the address need to be changed while in transit.
Shipping costs from OUT of GRAY will not be refunded or credited under any circumstances. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. In stock orders received Sun-Thurs are shipped within 24-72 hours. Express shipments can be quoted for overnight, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping. Please call us (if possible) to be certain of a rush status and make a note on your order form. We will quote shipping ASAP. Express packages do NOT ship out on Saturdays.
Certain larger, heavier, or more fragile items such as large vases/vessels, sculptures, drinkware/dinnerware or items of high value will incur additional shipping charges. We will try our best to keep the costs as low as possible. Out of Gray will notify you of any additional shipping charges as soon as your order is received. We do not require confirmation from you; however, if you do not agree with the extra charges, contact Out of Gray ASAP, prior to your order being shipped. Out of Gray will not refund any disputed additional shipping costs once the order has been shipped.
Canadian Clients: In an effort to reduce brokerage fees, duties, etc, all Canadian orders shipping from the US are sent by USPS global priority mail, with a delivery time of 6-12 business days. If you prefer to have your order shipped by UPS, please let us know when placing your order. Please note that UPS may apply a brokerage fee.
RETURN
If the item you received bears no damages or manufacturer's defects, but however you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted for store credit or exchange only. All return requests must be made within 10 days of the receipt of your purchase with receipt and original, intact packaging only.
Special orders, glassware/dinnerware, sale or discontinued items are not subject to return. These items are considered final sale. We urge you to be certain and confident when placing a special order.
Please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount. Additional packaging may be necessary. All credited returns or exchanges must be in original, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Return shipping, payment for return shipping, and any subsequent damages from return shipping are responsibility of the purchaser. Please call 1-877-968-5892 for a return authorization. All special orders and sale items are considered non-refundable. Orders returned without authorization may be not accepted, and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Store credits are good for 90 days following issuance.
CANCEL
Cancelled orders once processed and packed are assessed a 15% restocking fee. Out of Gray reserves the right to cancel any order. Special orders may be subject to other rules.
DAMAGE
Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. If for some reason there should be damage or a defect, please notify us by phone immediately so that we may rectify the situation and arrange for a replacement item to be sent. Replacement items will not be arranged if the damage is due to wear and tear, reckless use or use not according to care instructions. Replacements will also not be issued if you have exceeded the time constraint for damage reports (48hrs).
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders are defined as any product not normally stocked by Out of Gray in a specific color or size.
Cancellation of a special order must be done within 2 work days of confirmation of the order to avoid complete forfeiture of payment. No cancellations will be accepted following this 2-day waiting period. Out of Gray will not be held responsible for any loss, delay, or damage involved with any delay associated with products shipment or delivery.
Out of gray makes no guarantee of delivery date or arrival times for special orders. We will provide you with an estimated time, however, it is only an estimate. Some items may be out of stock and an extended period of time may be necessary for restocking. Some delays are due to manufacturing, others are due to increased security at our ports. We appreciate your understanding and patience. We will do our best to assure timely delivery. Out of Gray reserves the right to cancel any order after it has been placed.
GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrapping is available on most orders with a charge of $5. When ordering online, please click on "ADD GIFT WRAP" link which appears in the cart below "Shipping". On the following page of the order from, please use the field labeled "Which items would you like gift wrapped?" to specify exactly which items you would like to have gift-wrapped. If you are ordering multiple items and would like several of them gift wrapped, please add as many Gift wraps to the cart as necessary. Please note the Gift Wrap option is $5 per item.
SALES TAX
No sales tax will be applied to your order as Oregon is a tax-free state.
PRIVACY
Out of Gray will not sell, trade, loan, or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance, including those subscribed to our mailing list.
INTERNATIONAL
Out of Gray will ship internationally, but you have to ask. International orders take longer to process due to required bank authorization. THERE IS A $100 MINIMUM ON ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (This excludes Canadian customers, which will be treated the same as USA customers. Please see our Section on Shipping to Canada for further details).All shipping charges are quoted before shipment of the merchandise. Approval will be requested from the customers before charges are made to the credit card. All customs and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your customs office for possible charges. We ship only by air due to tracking requirements and less possibility of damage. Air charges are based on dimensional weight, rather than physical weight, therefore all orders need to be ready for shipment before a freight quote can be given.
PRICE CHANGE/ERROR
Occasionally there may be an error in pricing. We will attempt to correct these errors and apologize for the inconvenience in advance. Customers will be notified directly if there are errors in listing and we will not charge the client until direct approval is made.
